ETAS also offers an Infant Development Program to families whose infants or toddlers have a developmental delay or disability, but are not eligible to receive state funded services in California.  For parents seeking private enrichment opportunities to advance their child’s learning potential and promote future academic success, individual 1:1 sessions or small group instruction is available in home or in fun family recreational facilities or child daycare centers throughout the Inland Empire.
