Careers
ETAS is looking for teachers and therapists to join our in-home team of care providers for special needs infants, toddlers and young children birth to 3 years of age. This includes children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. If you have the drive, motivation, and desire, we have fun, rewarding, and lucrative career opportunities for you.
Enjoy the freedom of being an independent contractor while reaping the rewards of being a valued employee. As an ETAS care provider, you will establish your own hours and create your own schedule with each client, allowing for a balanced work-life environment that suits you and your family’s individual needs.
ETAS is an independently owned company, with a 30-year history of serving the Inland Empire. We value all providers by emphasizing a work-life balance philosophy within our company. Providers at ETAS include the following:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Infant Teachers/Early Intervention Specialist
Child Development Therapist
Occupational Therapist
Physical Therapist
Speech-Language Pathologist
For those teachers and therapists looking for autonomy, respect, and appreciation, ETAS strives to cultivate an environment that treats its members as professionals. Administrative and office support staff are also available to assist with the daily needs of each provider.
As a therapist-owned social service agency, ETAS understands the importance of per visit rates. ETAS regularly offers higher rates than most early intervention agencies in the area. Practitioners provide teaching and therapy services in their specifically requested areas on a part-time or as needed basis, and all caseload terms are negotiable. Additionally, higher rates are also offered for more remote areas.
If you are interested in joining our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals, please contact us at 909.795.4255. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Pediatric experience or fieldwork are preferred, but not required. We hire from various teaching and therapy backgrounds because each background is unique and brings a new perspective to the practice. ETAS offers comprehensive and supportive training and mentoring for all teachers and therapists.
If you wish to apply, please submit a resume to ETAS Program along with a copy of your valid California Driver License.
